Michel started his career in the web business 20 years ago as co-founder of Acme Multimedia in Montreal. He’s the creator and producer of Webcom, a leading web conference held yearly in Toronto, Montreal and Paris. His vision, passion and business links make him a perfect Pres. He’s also an excellent cook but please don’t ask for recipes.

Christian Joyal, VP Conceptual Development
Christian is a graphic designer by trade, and was the founder of two successful design firms before committing himself entirely to inpowr. Over the past seven years he’s worked closely with Serge Jeudy to help create this powerful human development tool. Christian also holds a 4th Dan black belt in karate, so watch out

Serge Jeudy, Social Scientist, Olympic Coach
As a Master Olympic Coach, Serge translated complex theories of developmental psychology into concrete actions, helping several athletes take the podium. He’s a vital link between the world of research and the web. Like all great thinkers he spends much of his spare time deep in the forest with his pipe.

Kerry Fleming, Communication & Branding
20 years’ experience in advertising and communications, founder of his own small creative shop and a longtime friend and colleague of Christian, Kerry offers creative strategies and strategic creative solutions to help build the inpowr brand. Personal note: he talks way too much.

Claude Malaison, Globe Blogger
Claude is the ex-president and founder of the API (Association des professionnels en intranet). He teaches Interactive Communications at the University of Montreal and is an international speaker. Since 2005, he has been the President of ÉmergenceWeb, specializing in Interactive communications strategies and technologies. He also logs lots of clicks on his bike so clearly, he’s on a roll.

Nicolas Arseneault, Metrics Analyst
After X years in several senior eCommerce positions, Nicolas Arsenault went back to school and earned his Master’s in IT from H.E.C. in Montreal. From there, he helped develop eCommerce solutions for several major players including Cirque du Soleil, Bell and Orange. His love of analytics and numbers make him a perfect addition to the inpowr team and a constant challenge to his wife.
