Here’s an answer that outlines the general process, if it’s not clear please don’t hesitate to ask for clarifications here in the comment section.

The best way for us to troubleshoot your specific problem is to email us at support@inpowr.com. If the issue is a general bug, we will post the resolution on our blog (usually in the comment section where the problem was reported). If it’s a specific problem you have, we will reply in private via email.
The most helpful information for us to assist you in your problem is (in order of importance):
* The user name and/or email address of your Inpowr account
* Your web browser name and version (Internet Explorer 6, FireFox 2, Safari 1.3, etc. - usually available in the help / about menu)
* Your computer platform and version (Mac OX 10.4, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Ubuntu Linux 6.06, etc.)
Please also note that to login to the Inpowr web site, your browser must allow cookies and JavaScript.

I’m a little shocked that you would launch the profile section before launching the planning section. Why should I “share my with the world” for a service that I cannot use?

salut! Je viens de m’inscrire sur inpowr, dont j’avais entendu parler dans un magazine. Je constate que le site comme tel est bilingue, mais pas le blogue?! J’en suis un peu déçue, surtout que le concept est québécois… Puis-je espérer une version française du blogue sous peu? Merci à l’avance!
ps j’ai très hâte que la section planification soit fonctionnelle!!
