Need help setting your goals?
Here are a few tips to help you create your game plan and set your goals.
Try to make your game plan…
1) motivating, interesting or fun so that you feel like doing it on a daily basis. Feel free to experiment. One way to help achieve your goals is to link them to an action that gives you genuine pleasure.
2) clear: the actions that you choose should be concrete and tangible; try to avoid things that are too vague, abstract or metaphysical. For example: instead of saying “do more exercise; you could say “do 20 minutes of riding each day.”
3) realistic: it’s a good idea to start with simple actions that can be easily integrated into your daily routine. Try to avoid having too many things on your plate all at once.
The first part of the Community section is online now. It’s a great place to start when you want to see what other people are doing to achieve their goals!
Good luck and Have fun!

I really liked the 21 day plan, but now I can’t set a new goal!

Hi, Kristen
thanks for your positive feedback and your question.
Here‘s a quick overview of the steps you can take after a 21-day period.
1) Go back and rate your well-being once again.
Save the group and create as many groups as you want to
2) Note the changes that have occured in each of the 36 areas of your life.
3) Put a checkmark beside the ones you think are directly related to your actions.
4) Jot down your thoughts, conclusions and ideas - what you learned by going through the process.
5) Click on save
6) See the bottom of the page and click the blue link “work on the same goal” or the button “set new goals”
a) if you choose to work on the same goal, you‘ll be taken to a new page where you can create a new game plan;
b) if you choose to set new goals, you‘ll be taken to the page with the areas you might want to work on.
7) Slide the cards to create a new group of areas you‘d like to work on
9) When you‘ve confirmed all the groups, click on “Set my goals”
10) Enter your goal and click on “confirm”
11) Create your new game plan
I know it looks like a lot when it‘s listed out like that but the entire process only takes a couple of minutes
and I can‘t think of anyone more deserving than ourselves.
Good luck.
Let me know if it works out or if you have any other questions.
Thanks
Kerry
