Small steps are easier to do. Set yourself up for success, don't try to do things in an environment that will not work with your life. Make others aware of your goals, but only to the people important to you. Allow yourself to pause on your quest, and resume at a later date. It is part of the normal process.
Although finances went down 20%, doing my lists actually forced me to be more honest about my tasks, my capabilities and my ability to reach them. Knowing what you need to do on paper, actually allows you to reflect afterward and see what you did and did not acheive. Then you can start to think why it is so...
Being able to map what the kids activites are, allowed me to plan for the meals in a way that could be done. Not try to cram a meal that takes 1 hours to prepare when we have 1/2 to eat and no time to cook food. It less stressfull, because I know what to expect of the week to come. Well I know more about what is coming....
